This place is AMAZING! Specifically, if you're a crafter or an artist. There is so much to see! I probably could have gone through the whole place 5 times and still wouldn't have seen everything. Make sure you don't take someone that isn't a natural browser or explorer - you'll regret it if you do.
The items they stock are incredibly varied and pretty well organized once you understand their system. They get a lot of donations from companies cleaning out their warehouses, so some items are commercial grade and unopened. There's many materials that are simply unavailable to consumers, so that's a major bonus too. The sheer amount of variety can be overwhelming so go in with a plan. The entire store is a well of inspiration. Prices are fantastic, which is amazing considering a vintage pair of non Levi's in SF runs about $450.
If you live locally, you can take advantage of some really cool classes they offer that are taught by real artists - some are well known even.
Don't delay a trip to this amazing shop containing a cornucopia of curious and delightful goods!
I was so excited to be in this place!! This place is such a chaotic art place and inspired me. This vibe resembled Japanese artistic stores in Shibuya, such as Village Vanguard or Don Quixote. The staff seems very professional in organizing stuff and discussing each other in the team. I was curious about beautiful $2 yarn, so Iβll buy it after I finish my current knitting projects.
It is absolutely beautiful and amazing.π€π€π₯°π₯°πππππππππ₯³π₯³π¦π¦ππβ£οΈβ£οΈπππππ

. So far I have only spent a total of $8 in two visits to scrap.
Their selection of free stuff is amazing. And the free stuff is less than 5 percent of what is in the store. The bargains are awesome sauce awesome. ππππππβ£οΈβ£οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ β¦
It's an interesting place for sure. Literally lots of scraps of so many different things, materials etc. It's perfect if you have the time and energy to go through a lot of stuff. Very cheap of course.
A must stop to all artists and well to pretty much everyone! They have everything artsy here! I came for photo props and organizing containers and left with more! They have fabric, paper, tiles, paint, containers, thread, yarn, art, stationary! Everyone here is so nice and pricing is very good!
If you are stating a project before you buy anything is worth coming in here and checking all the supplies and tools they might have available! Itβs huge! Spent like 2hrs here.
Best place for art supplies in SF!!!!
Wonderful people and wonderful things. You never know what they will have.
You can also donate items you no longer need.
One of the coolest stores in San Franciscoβ¦ kinda in a rough area so lock your doors when u park your car but weβll worth the tripβ¦ they have almost everything and I mean everything! And decent pricing also ! Must go check it out and Iβm pretty sure everything they sell is donated !
Great place to donate craft supplies of any kind, yarn, scrapbooks, extra paper, or art supplies, etc. Super nice people and a wide variety of fun and interesting bits and pieces to buy for art and craft projects.
